1. Orders & Availability

All products are made to order. Availability is subject to capacity, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any order based on scheduling, design requirements, or other factors.

2. Custom Orders

As all cookies are customised, final designs are based on the information provided by the customer. While we aim to match requested designs as closely as possible, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders may require a deposit or full payment upfront to secure your booking. No order is confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products:

• Orders cancelled within a certain timeframe may not be eligible for a full refund

• Once production has started, refunds may not be issued

• Any issues with your order must be raised within a reasonable time after collection or delivery

 

5. Product Care & Allergens

Our products are made using high-quality ingredients, including (but not limited to) butter, eggs, wheat, and other common allergens. While we offer gluten-free and vegan options, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements at the time of ordering.

6. Delivery & Collection

We will communicate agreed collection or delivery times. Julias Bakes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or circumstances beyond our control.
